You’ve got to love when celebrities use their powers for good. Hollywood star and heart-throb, Michael B. Jordan, returned to his hometown of Newark, New Jersey to visit Barringer High School.
Although he used to give them a hard time on the basketball court (he went to a rival school, Arts High School), he brought them much joy today as he partnered with Coach and Dream Directors to show some love to the Barringer Blue Bears. The visit was part of Coach’s “Dream It Real” initiative which focuses on supporting the youth and their dreams. Jordan mentored students, hosted a talent show, and signed the school’s inspirational mural, a message that those kids will remember forever.
