The famed spring-time Washington, D.C festival, Broccoli City, has just announced it’s 2019 line-up and it has fans excited. The festival line-up will be headlined by Lil’ Wayne and Childish Gambino, and will take place on April 25th-26th at FEDEx Field in Maryland. Not only are the headliners insane, but the rest of this line-up is almost unbelievable as well!
“Our top priority is making sure that as we continue to grow and evolve, we remain accessible to our community,” Broccoli City founder Brandon McEachern, told Billboard. The festival partnered with Live Nation Urban last year, boosting the attendance numbers to 35,000 fans and this year, the festival is moving to Maryland at FEDEx Field. The move was done to help #BC “[to] evolve as an organization, create a more enjoyable experience for attendees, remain accessible to consumers and still feature some of D.C.’s top food and marketplace vendors.”
The festival will also host a conference, BroccoliCon, which includes panels, workshops, interactive interviews, and one-on-ones.
