Remembering Michael: The King of Pop’s Legacy Lives On

Brian's World | August 29, 2019

Today (Aug.29) is the birthday of music and culture legend, Michael Jackson. The Gary, Indiana-made “King of Pop” would have been 61 today and although we lost him 10 years ago, his legacy still surrounds us.

MJ has provided us with many golden moments over the years with unbelievable performances and appearances that have shined for decades. Many people regard his Super Bowl appearance as one of their favorite shows but ours is the 30th Anniversary Television exclusive that featured performances from other stars like Luther Vandross, N’Sync, Destiny’s Child, Slash, Usher and more. The celebration also included an exclusive reunion performance from the Jackson 5!

Literally a favorite.

Got to talking on the socials about Michael’s legacy and had to pay homage to a legend for his birthday:

Happy Birthday, Michael! We miss you.
